What has happened this season that has truly inspired us, made us stand up and take note or simply looked damn good?  Well the answer to the above question is in fact an assortment of things.

Well firstly the singer Amy Winehouse, who unfortunately passed away only a few weeks ago!  The nation was certainly hit hard by such an unexpected event and the fans that stood outside her house in London to show their respects was immense.  This is truly a sad ordeal and a tale of the little girl with the big voice.  her music however will continue to live on forever and her record sales in fact shot up after the news hit.

As well as her singing talent, Amy held some pretty impressive fashion sense.  Her eyeliner traits were one detail that have been cavorted by the likes of infamous designers and fashionista’s worldwide.

Her beehive was another thing that by no means went un-noticed and many model, stylish individuals, TV presenters and celebs copied the look.  None however could quite create the impact that Amy did.

Her eclectic dress sense, make-up style and hair were three of the things that made her who she was.  Her voice however was the thing that really made her an icon and to have lost such a talent is extremely sad indeed.

Try cavorting some of the style queens looks, backcomb the hair to the max, don the catlike eyes and go to the ballet pumps.  We don’t recommend you try and attempt the singing however, we’re not sure anyone could match up to Amy!
