This season reveals a more refreshing take on fashion and has introduced a variety of all new pieces for the new season! Think of an ear piece that had no association with your phone bill what so ever and instead comes in the form of a metal clamp or sexy chain that begins at the lobe and crawls any-like up along the helix.

This eat piece is not only sculpted and on trend it is individual and subtle.

However if you prefer something a little more over the top, then there are an array of full coverage styles available. These come in the form of metal ski muffs without the headband.

Check out Husam El Odeh for a little inspiration!

Other styles to hit the runway this season come in a worn down and unruly ensemble. Thomas Maier is renowned for taking luxury in all sorts of new directions so it was only natural for him to follow a different route sun he teamed up with Bottega Veneta.

The shoes and suits appear to have web artfully dipped in suit in order to reveal this distressed fashion. The detailing was applied with an airbrushing overprinting method. This certainly showcased a more seductive side of Maier. Price start at

Making the most of your size is all about dressing it right and there is no harder time to do this than in winter when many layers meaning a bulkier appearance is often inevitable.

What we suggest is getting the best kind of coat for your size and making sure the layers you wear beneath it do not alter your silhouette too much. The right coat can hug and support your figure in many ways so getting the right style is key. If you fall under the plus sizes we would definitely suggest trying to shop from a plus size clothing specialist. These are always much better cuts and tend to flatter larger figures much better than ordinary clothing retailers.

The Internet is brilliant for finding a multitude of plus size jacket retailers and the plus size clothing market is much more widely available these days. If you pick up a winter coat that really suits you, you can invest in it and keep it for a few winters if not more.

One particular retailer we found to have a good collection of plus size ladies coats are onestopplus.co.uk. They are a plus size online retailer that provide clothing in up to size 34. Their coats and jackets collection is impressive with something for every season. If you still want a light jacket for the summer the have plenty of plus size pieces which follow this years trends.

We think it is important that plus size fashion follows the trends; there is no reason why they shouldn’t. The designs are flattering and comfortable and are not designed to hide curves but embrace them.

There are cropped and fitted jackets for the braver ladies and longer lengths for covering up and for during the colder months. Quilted jackets and boyish blazers are our current favourites on onestopplus.co.uk.

This year us all about going back to romance, think chiffon shirts, angelic blouses, floaty pleated skirts that bare the legs right up to the thigh and corsages!

Whether you choose to keep it simple and stick to neutral shades such as black and beige or decide to push the boat out and wear a brighter hue, keep it floaty and romantic for best results.

Look to the designers at the renowned fashion brand Gucci for inspiration, this season they have not only dressed Florence Welsh for her entire music tour but an array of A-list celebs have been seen sporting a few of the enviable pieces showcased on the labels recent catwalks.

Florence appeared to be big on corsages and wore one with almost every outfit, some were small and delicate, whilst others appeared over the top and massive in comparison.

Of you don’t fancy pinning a cordage to your outfit, a good tip is to invest in a head band complete with flower cordage embellishment. These are a great addition to any outfit and also a great piece if you are trying to disguise a bad hair day!

Team your new chiffon wardrobe with delicate chains and super cute necklaces with bird embellishments, not only are such pieces cutesy cool they are also very vintage!

Gucci’s most sought after piece has to be the black floor length floaty number that was seen at the Transformer’s film premier. The see through chiffon material allows for a hint of seduction yet still remains classy as you don’t bare too much skin!

2011 has brought with it an array of tempting styles, some over the top, others laid back and low key.  All however are desirable and every fashionista will most certainly want to invest in a few of this season’s must-have pieces in order to stay right on trend for the summer.

Jeans are certainly one item that every girl should have!  This season is sporting various shades of denim including the likes of pink tinged looks, faded white, canary yellow, red, orange, green and blue!  However if you don’t feel quite brave enough to invest in an over the top vivid hue, try a vivid blue.  This way you won’t be stepping too far away from your comfort zone yet will still be right on trend for this season!  Cornflower blue is certainly a shade that will go with just about everything, making them the perfect summer investment.

When it comes to weekend wear, think soft and luxurious fabrics, slouchy oversized sweaters, cutes soft jersey tees, riding boots and of course a statement weekend bag!

Cashmere doesn’t need to cost the earth and can be found in various department and high street stores for a reasonable price.  The soft luxurious fabric works well with both soft denim and black trousers and will keep you uber cosy on those chilly summer evenings.

Mulberry are a great label to look to if you wish to invest in a soft fabric weekend bag, the Mulberry Bayswater is certainly one particular style on our wish list this season and comes in a range of styles.  This classic arm candy is timeless and will work for both daytime and evening events!  However such a bag is a little on the pricey side, it is of course an investment as we guarantee you won’t be able to leave the house without it!
